Denver Dispute Resolution Services

Weld County mediation and dispute resolution services

Mediators for Family and Neighbor Disputes in Columbine, Highlands Ranch, and Douglas County

There are many situations where people may come into conflict with each other. In some cases, people may be able to work out their disputes between themselves. In others, a person may believe that they have no other option but to take their case to court. However, mediation provides a different option for resolving disputes. By using mediation, parties can work together to find effective solutions. They can avoid much of the time, stress, and expense of litigating disputes in the courtroom.

Amber Hill Anderson MA and the dispute resolution team at Pesch Law Offices PC work to help our clients address and resolve emotionally challenging issues without the need for litigation. We offer solution-focused services, helping clients make empowered decisions and create agreements that address the interests of both parties. Whether you are using mediation to reach a settlement in a court case or are looking to resolve your disputes outside of the legal system, we work with you and the other party to craft an agreement that will meet your needs.

Mediation Services in Multiple Types of Disputes

When you work with us, you will have a non-attorney mediator who will act as a neutral third party providing support for resolving your disputes. We encourage open and honest communication between parties. Our goal is to help people to work together, compromise, and reach win-win agreements.

We offer reasonable fees for joint mediation sessions that last no more than three hours. Additional sessions can be scheduled if more time is needed to resolve all outstanding issues. Mediation sessions can be done in-person or remotely, including over the phone or Zoom.

We provide mediation in a wide variety of disputes, including:

  • Neighbor, HOA, and property disputes - Neighbors may encounter disputes related to boundaries, nuisances, property damage, or issues that affect the value of a person's property. Homeowners may also encounter disputes with a homeowner's association related to rule violations, fines, or approvals for home renovations and improvements. We can help parties find effective solutions in these cases.
  • Small claims issues - In cases where a person or business is seeking to collect money owed to them, we can help the parties reach an agreement on the amount that will be paid and the methods and time frame for making payments.
  • Family issues - Mediation can help divorcing spouses or unmarried parents reach agreements that will allow them to resolve their legal issues quickly and effectively. We work with families whose structures may be changing as a result of a divorce or separation, yet who still need to figure out how to work well together for the interests of the children. Family issues may include parenting time, maintenance, child support, or property division.
  • Probate - After the death of a loved one, the last thing that people want to do is to add stress to grief. Nevertheless, conflicts can arise between family members with the settling of estates. Our mediators are trained in probate administration to effectively find solutions with family members.
  • Other legal cases - We can assist with other types of legal disputes, including contract disputes involving businesses and disputes between real estate buyers and sellers.
