Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services - To enroll in our State's child support enforcement program, whether or not you are receiving aid, go to: http://www.childsupportillinois.com/customers/apply.html

Department of Human Services - To review eligibility for State subsidized day care payments, log on to the DHS website at http://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?item=29720. This program allows parents to select their own day care providers, sliding scale co-payment to custodial parent, aid paid directly to provider.

 

DuPage County

Circuit Court Clerk - You will be required to complete a Comprehensive Financial Statement during the divorce process. This form can be completed on-line at: http://www.dupageco.org/Content.aspx?id=28719&terms=%20

Divorce Education - All parents with minor children are required by Local Court Rule to complete a class to learn about child related issues that may occur during the divorce. This course is called Caring, Coping and Children. You may register to attend or complete the class on-line: http://www.dupageco.org/familycenter

Kane County

Divorce Education - All parents with minor children are required by Local Court Rule to complete a class to learn about child related issues that may occur during the divorce. This two session, four hour course is called Kids In A Divorcing Society. You may register to attend by calling: KIDS at 630-232-5856.
